HST OTOMOTİV is a high-capacity, modern, and integrated industrial enterprise specialized in closed-die forging and ring rolling in the field of steel forming technologies. With an annual forging capacity of 16,200 tons, our production facility is equipped with automation-supported systems and flexible manufacturing lines that enable both high-volume serial production and custom part manufacturing. In particular, the engineering solutions we develop for the railway industry are designed to meet the highest safety and durability standards. Thanks to this approach, our company has become a trusted and strategic partner for many major manufacturers and OEMs in both domestic and international markets.
Our production portfolio includes:
- Special high-strength components for the defense and aerospace industries,
- Gear blanks, shafts, and planetary gear carriers for the automotive industry,
- Critical components such as complete wagon buffer and draw gear assemblies for the railway sector that require impact resistance and long service life,
are produced in accordance with high quality standards.
In production facility with a total of 15,000 m² indoor area, uninterrupted production is carried out in a three-shift system. Materials are prepared for the forging process using modern infrastructure such as automatic raw material feeding, induction heating systems, and natural gas furnaces. Steel up to Ø1000 mm can be processed with saw cutting machines, and up to Ø145 mm with shearing presses.
Production Lines
- Forging hammers between 2.6 – 10 tons
- Mechanical presses between 80 – 500 tons
- Hydraulic presses between 100 – 300 tons
- Ring rolling line (up to 500 mm diameter, 200 mm height)
- CNC horizontal turning and vertical machining centers for die production
This advanced machinery allows us to forge parts up to 70 kg, perform forgings up to 550 mm in diameter, and produce custom-sized ring forgings.
Our quality processes are supported by mechanical test units, non-destructive testing (NDT) systems, and specialized test infrastructure developed specifically for the railway industry. As a result, our products meet high reliability and performance standards, making them suitable for use in critical applications.
